学校发展水平通常体现在学生质量、教师专业化、科学管理等方面,除此之外,学校管理者还需要考虑如何打造具有特色的校园文化。校园文化建设是学校发展更高阶段的任务,它在一定程度上引领着其他各项建设与发展,是学校持续发展的柔性推力。中小学作为实施素质教育的主体,有必要构建利于教师专业发展与学生健康成长的物质文化环境和精神文化氛围,建设积极向上的校园文化。
