伴随着11月的奥巴马访华和12月的哥本哈根会议,“低碳经济”成为人们热议的焦点。“低碳经济”的概念由英国在2003年首先提出并广泛为全球接受,它是指以低能耗、低排放、低污染为基础的生态经济模式。传统高碳经济以透支人类生存环境而换取眼前发展,低碳经济是全球发展的必由之路。低碳时代已经来临。但面对“低碳经济”这一舶来概念,中国如何结合本国产业经济现状予以消化,实现经济发展与产业结构调整并举,走出符合国情的“低碳”之路,低碳经济将对哪些产业带来制约和影响,又给哪些产业带来机遇?这些都成为亟待解答的课题。
With Obama’s visit to China in November and the Copenhagen conference in December, “low-carbon economy” has become the hot topic of discussion. The concept of “low carbon economy” was first proposed by the UK in 2003 and widely accepted globally. It refers to the eco-economic model based on low energy consumption, low emission and low pollution. The traditional high-carbon economy in order to overdraw the living environment in exchange for immediate development, low-carbon economy is the only way of global development. These have become urgent topics.
