为研究水煤气变换反应器筒体环焊残余应力的分布规律,利用ANSYS软件对含不锈钢复合层的筒体焊缝进行焊接残余应力的数值模拟,同时采用X射线衍射法对筒体焊缝进行残余应力测定。数值模拟结果表明,过渡层焊接残余拉应力远高于复层与基层,形成明显的应力梯度;残余应力在复层表面垂直于焊缝方向上均为压应力,且在焊缝中心压应力最大,沿焊缝方向上为拉应力,最大值出现在焊缝边缘部位;实验测量结果与数值模拟结果一致,验证了数值模拟结果的正确性。
In order to study the distribution rule of residual stress in ring welding of water gas shift reactor, ANSYS software was used to simulate the welding residual stress of cylinder weld with stainless steel composite layer, and X-ray diffraction Stress measurement. Numerical simulation results show that the residual tensile stress of the transition layer is much higher than that of the cladding layer and the base layer, forming a significant stress gradient. The residual stress is compressive in the direction perpendicular to the weld surface and the maximum compressive stress in the center of the weld , And the maximum value appears in the edge of the weld along the direction of the weld. The experimental results are in good agreement with the numerical results, which verify the correctness of the numerical simulation results.
