本文前面的研究主要通过数据分析,确定研究对象范围及初步的中低价住区样本池,取得城市中低价住区的分布图,观察其分布并分析与轨道交通线路的关系,推导中低价住区的分布模式。现阶段,通过得出的分布模式,比较相同距离情况下,不同交通方式之间的耗时、耗资的差别,从而更加全面的分析中低价住区用地与交通便利性的关系及对其模型进行研究。本文以杭州为例进行重点说明。
