为了改善采煤机-水射流联合截割系统的联合截割部在截割坚硬煤岩时的受力状况,有必要对影响其受力状况的部分相关截割参数进行研究。利用自行设计的单截齿-喷嘴联合截割试验台,对影响联合截割部受力的3个相关截割参数(切削厚度、截齿截割速度和截齿冲击角)进行了试验研究和分析。正交试验结果表明,在这3个参数中,切削厚度是影响联合截割部受力的最大因素,其次是截齿截割速度,而截齿冲击角对于正交试验结果的影响最小。因此,改善联合截割部的受力状况应首先考虑减少截割坚硬煤岩时的切削厚度,并降低截齿截割速度。
In order to improve the stress condition of the joint cutting unit of shearer-waterjet cutting system when cutting hard coal, it is necessary to study some relevant cutting parameters that affect its stress conditions. The three cutting parameters (cutting thickness, cutting speed of cutting teeth and cutting angle of impact) that affect the stress of the joint are studied by using a single cutting-nozzle joint cutting test stand designed by ourselves analysis. Orthogonal test results show that among these three parameters, the cutting thickness is the most important factor affecting the joint cutting force, followed by cutting speed, while the impact angle of picks has the least influence on the orthogonal test results. Therefore, to improve the joint cutting force should be the first consideration to reduce cutting hard coal cutting thickness, and reduce the cutter cutting speed.
