详细阐述了计算机仿真技术在电火花加工工艺建模、工艺参数优化、加工机理研究等方面的可能性与可行性,建立了电火花加工工艺仿真系统,实现了加工效果的预测、加工参数的优化。还利用该仿真系统找到了大厚度加工的方法,实现了805mm厚工件的稳定加工。同时本文还利用计算机仿真技术在电火花加工热传导模型中进行了研究,为脉冲电源的参数选择及波形设计寻找理论依据。
The possibility and feasibility of computer simulation technology in EDM process modeling, process parameter optimization, processing mechanism research and so on are elaborated in detail. The EDM simulation system is established and the prediction of machining effect, the optimization of machining parameters . Also used the simulation system to find a large thickness of the processing method to achieve a stable workpiece 805mm thick processing. At the same time, this paper also use computer simulation technology in the EDM heat conduction model has been studied for pulse power parameters and waveform design to find the theoretical basis.
