From January 1989 to August 1995, we collaborated in the treatment of 46 cases of intracranial malignancies with multiple routes of administration including microcatheter ultrasonography for intratumoral injection, intravenous administration, and oral chemotherapy. The report is as follows: 1 There are 32 males and 14 females. Aged 8 to 56 years old, average 35 years old. Among them, astrocytoma had 6 cases in grade 1, 20 cases in grades IV to IV, 3 cases of medulloblastoma, and 1 case of rhabdomyosarcoma.
