课堂教学是学生掌握知识的主要阵地,是教师传授知识的主要形式。一堂课40分钟,虽说时间是固定的,但如何能在有效的时间内,提高教与学的效率,让有限的时间发回最大的功效,即如何提高课堂教学的实效性的问题,是每个教师都非常关心和必须面对、解决的问题。一、角色转换课堂教学的参与者有两类群体,一类是老师、一类是学生。那么二者到底以什么样的角色出现在课堂中,才能激发课堂气氛,提高课堂的实效性呢?我觉得关键取决于教师的角色
