本文对柴油机船上使用废气锅炉的优越性从节约能源及经济角度上作了简要介绍。对该锅炉的热力计算和控制系统,通过公式和图表作了较详细的论述。引证了排气温度 T_(AE)≈400℃的四冲程柴油机较之排气温度 T_(AE)≈300℃的二冲程柴油机使废气锅炉的蒸汽产量约大50%。通过对废气锅炉的蒸汽控制系统介绍,引伸出除氧器和汽包控制系统的要点。最后介绍了废气锅炉对二种不同柴油机的计算。
This article gives a brief introduction of the superiority of using exhaust gas boiler on a diesel engine from the aspects of energy conservation and economy. The boiler thermal calculation and control system, through the formula and chart made a more detailed discussion. A two-stroke diesel engine with a four-stroke diesel engine with an exhaust gas temperature of T_ (AE) ≈400 ° C is about 50% larger than a two-stroke diesel engine with an exhaust gas temperature T_ (AE) of ≈300 ° C.
