间充质-上皮之间的交互作用贯穿着胚胎器官发育与成熟的整个过程,成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)在此过程中起着重要的调控作用,尤其是FGF-10,众多研究表明,它是整个胚胎器官发育过程中必不可少的一员。近年来,FGF-10在胚胎支气管-肺的形态发生和分支作用以及在支气管-肺上皮损伤修复过程中的作用尤其引人注目,本文针对其在这方面的调控作用作一综述。

In recent years, the role of FGF-10 in embryonic bronchopulmonary-morphogenesis and branching as well as in the repair of bronchopulmonary epithelial injury is particularly noticeable. This review summarizes its regulatory role in this regard.
