消化道不仅是个消化器官,同时亦是内分泌器管。消化道粘膜散在的具有分泌颗粒的内分泌细胞的认识,还是近几年的事。其内分泌细胞的总量,可能比任何一种内分泌腺还多。此种细胞在形态、组织化学、超微结构的特点有类似性。Pearse1968年称之为 APUD 细胞。其原意为含胺或摄取胺前身,并能进行脱羧反应的细胞(Amine content or amineprecursor uptake and decarboxylation cell)。此种细胞所产生的肿瘤称 APUD 瘤(Apudo-ma)。因能够合成多肽,故也有称之为产肽激素瘤(Polypeptidoma)。
The digestive tract is not only a digestive organ but also an endocrine tube. The understanding of secretory granules of endocrine cells scattered in the digestive tract mucosa is still a matter of recent years. The total number of endocrine cells may be more than any of the endocrine glands. Such cells have similar characteristics in morphology, histochemistry, and ultrastructure. Pearse called APUD cells in 1968. It is intended to mean an amine-containing or amine-precursor uptake and decarboxylation cell containing an amine precursor and capable of undergoing a decarboxylation reaction. The tumor produced by this type of cell is called APUD tumor (Apudo-ma). Polypeptides are also known as peptide-producing hormones (Polypeptidoma) because they can synthesize peptides.
