设计了符合正常人体自然站起时重心轨迹变化的新型智能站起运动康复训练系统的机械结构,对其有限元模型进行了力学分析,并应用Hyperworks软件对其进行尺寸优化,进而在此基础上对其进行改进与优化设计。结果表明:本文给出的机械结构既满足系统需要的力学设计要求,又具有加工安装简单、包装运输方便、重量轻、成本低和安全可靠的特点,易于产品化推广。
The mechanical structure of a new type of intelligent standing rehabilitation training system which is in line with the change of the center of gravity of the human body when the human body stands up is designed. The mechanical analysis of the finite element model of the intelligent rehabilitation exercise system is carried out, and the size of the model is optimized by Hyperworks software. To improve and optimize its design.
