目的了解郑州郊区学龄前儿童的膳食结构和营养状况,提出改善意见。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取郊区学龄前儿童524人,采用称重记帐法进行3d的膳食调查。结果膳食结构不合理,蔬菜、水果、鱼虾、豆类、牛奶摄入量低于推荐量;能量和蛋白质摄入量合理,钙、锌、维生素A、维生素C摄入不足。结论调整膳食结构,增加蔬菜、水果、大豆类、奶和鱼虾的摄入量,增加钙、锌、维生素A和C的供给,达到平衡膳食,促进学龄前儿童健康。
Objective To understand the dietary structure and nutritional status of preschool children in the suburbs of Zhengzhou and to provide suggestions for improvement. Methods A total of 524 preschoolers in the suburbs were sampled by cluster sampling method, and the dietary survey was conducted by weighing and accounting method for three days. Results dietary structure is irrational, vegetables, fruits, fish shrimp, beans, milk intake is lower than the recommended amount; energy and protein intake is reasonable, calcium, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin C intake. Conclusion Adjusting dietary structure, increasing the intake of vegetables, fruits, soybeans, milk and fish and shrimp, increasing the supply of calcium, zinc, vitamin A and C, achieving a balanced diet and promoting the health of preschool children.
