1 对象和方法 1.1 对象:本组116例均为住院病例,夏季腹泻24例,秋季腹泻92例。男57例,女59例。4～6个月15例,～1岁56例,～2岁32例,～3岁13例。大便次数:<10次/d88例,>15次/d28例。本组116例全部符合1986年全国第二届小儿腹泻防治会议制订的诊断标准,均有腹泻、脱水及不同程度的电解质紊乱,部分患儿有恶心、呕吐。大部分于发病2～4d入院。部分经过正规治疗。
1 objects and methods 1.1 Object: This group of 116 cases were hospitalized cases, 24 cases of summer diarrhea, 92 cases of autumnal diarrhea. 57 males and 59 females. 4 to 6 months in 15 cases, ~ 1 year in 56 cases, ~ 2 years in 32 cases, ~ 3 years in 13 cases. Stool frequency: <10 times / d88 cases,> 15 times / d28 cases. This group of 116 patients all meet the diagnostic criteria set by the Second National Conference on Prevention and Treatment of Pediatric Diarrhea in 1986. All of them have diarrhea, dehydration and electrolyte imbalance in different degrees. Some children have nausea and vomiting. Most of the incidence of 2 ~ 4d admission. Part of the formal treatment.
