如今,配电网也面临很多的技术挑战,如动态双向潮流,网络拓扑不仅有辐射网还有环网结构,电网波动的情况可以是过电压或者低电压的问题,还有频率响应的问题,由于很多新的用电设备接入电网,还要考虑电能质量问题。为此,需要新的解决方案和新技术,如电压控制管理技术、实时的潮流监控技术、实时变压器工况监测、故障定位及故障电流水平控制,以及先进的通信及自动化技术,让电网运行得更稳定,还有就是泛孤岛运行保护工作。同时,未来还需要进行三方面工作:一是建立智能配电网发展概论及路线图;二是建立相关技术标准和规范;三是开展项目示范。
