近些年来伴随着经济的稳步提升,我国电力工程密度规模也在显著加大,电已经成为了维系人们正常生活不可缺少的因素之一。先进成功的电力工程在某种特殊的意义上可以说是提高了人们的生活水平,然而失败落后的电力工程则带来一连串的不良效应。故在电力工程中做好管理工作十分必要,进度管理则作为电力工程管理工作的四大组成部分之一历来并未得到人们太多的关注。故本文基于此现状,就进度管理于电力工程管理的运用展开了分析与研究,望能为我国电力工程管理事业提供少许可行性建议。
In recent years, along with the steady economic growth, the scale of China’s power engineering is also significantly increased. Electricity has become an indispensable factor in maintaining people’s normal life. Advanced and successful power engineering can be said to have raised people’s living standard in a special sense. However, the backward failed power engineering has brought a series of adverse effects. Therefore, it is very necessary to do management well in power engineering. Progress management, as one of the four major components of power engineering management, has never been paid much attention by people. Therefore, based on this status quo, this paper analyzes and studies the application of progress management in power engineering management and hopes to provide some feasible suggestions for the management of power engineering in China.
