中国计算机软件交流交易会(简称中国软交会)始于1987年,初创为每两年一届,后应广大参展商和用户要求,改为每年一届。软交会创办者的前身是中国软件技术公司,该公司90年与中国计算机技术服务总公司合并为中软总公司后,中国软交会一直由中软总公司独家主办。由于软交会上的软件大多数为行业中姣姣者,因此历届展出的优秀软件产品,有70％能入选软件行业协会的年度优秀软件排行榜。随着信息技术的飞速发展,计算机软硬件产品在应用中相得益彰,相辅相成的作用更趋明显,软硬件兼顾的系统集成或工程已成为信息产业发展的主流。因此。第八届中国软交会决定与中电进出口总公司主办的第四届国际计算机展(CompuChina)联合举办。前者以荟萃国内优秀软件、交流技术,推荐品牌形象为特色;后者以组织进
