涉农职务犯罪,往往直接侵害基层农民群众的切身利益,成为引发矛盾的焦点问题,造成党群、干群关系紧张,社会危害性较大,严重影响了农村经济发展和社会稳定。基层检察机关要充分发挥检察职能作用,加大打击和预防涉农职务犯罪的力度,增强打击效果,切实维护农民权益,为推进农村改革发展提供有力司法保障。 The crime of engaging in work-related crimes in agriculture often directly infringes on the immediate interests of grassroots peasants and becomes the focus of conflicts. As a result, the relations between the party and the masses, the cadres and the masses are tense and socially harmful, which seriously affects the rural economic development and social stability. The procuratorate organs at the grassroots level should give full play to the procuratorial functions, intensify their efforts to crack down on and prevent crimes involving agriculture-related occupational crimes, enhance the combat effectiveness, earnestly safeguard the rights and interests of peasants and provide effective judicial guarantees for promoting rural reform and development.
