在测定钯的光度法中,较常见的显色剂有DDO、HDT及CAS,但其灵敏度均不甚高。本文提出在吐温-80存在下用TMK(4,4′-四甲基二氨基硫代二苯甲酮)作显色剂光度法测定钯,其灵敏度甚高,在pH4~6的范围内,络合物呈水溶性红色;在524nm处,有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数为2.0×10~5,这是目前测定钯的高灵敏度方法之一,钯浓度在0~12/g/50ml内符合比尔定律,本法在灵敏度、稳定性、重现性等方面均较文献报导的方法有一定特点,方法快速、简捷,除铂、金、银有一定
