首先对喷雾吸收药剂进行了对比优选,得出了质量浓度为1%的Na2CO3溶液用于井下H2S气体治理效果最佳。然后优选了干雾级喷雾装置用于井下H2S气体治理,并进行了现场试验研究。试验结果表明:经喷雾试验后,H2S气体浓度由6×10-6降至1×10-6,H2S去除率达83%,通过喷雾吸收H2S技术能够有效治理矿井H2S气体灾害。
At first, the spraying and absorbing agent was compared and optimized, and it was concluded that Na2CO3 solution with a mass concentration of 1% was the best treatment for downhole H2S gas. Then, a dry mist-level spray device was selected for underground gas treatment of H2S, and a field test was conducted. The test results show that the H2S gas concentration is reduced from 6 × 10-6 to 1 × 10-6 and the removal rate of H2S reaches 83% after spray test. The H2S gas can be effectively treated by spray absorption H2S technology.
