以乙二胺为溶剂采用微波溶剂热法合成铜铟镓硒(CIGS)粉体,研究了反应温度、表面活性剂对合成产物物相及形貌的影响。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜及X射线能谱仪对产物的物相、形貌及组成进行表征。结果表明:在反应温度为230℃(反应时间为2h)条件下可以获得物相单一,颗粒尺寸较小的CIGS粉体。在基准溶液中加入表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)后对合成产物形貌有明显改善作用,粉体分散性较好,呈圆球状且粒径较小,为100~200nm。
The CIGS powder was synthesized by microwave solvothermal method using ethylenediamine as solvent, and the effects of reaction temperature and surfactant on the phase and morphology of the synthesized product were investigated. The phase, morphology and composition of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that CIGS powder with single phase and small particle size can be obtained under the condition of reaction temperature 230 ℃ (reaction time 2 h). In the reference solution, the surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) has obvious improvement on the morphology of the synthesized product. The powder has good dispersibility and spherical shape with a particle size of 100-200 nm.
