1962年第十一届电线电缆年会关于“通讯线缆的技术发展”的技术论文及以后发表的文章讨论了在现代电缆结构中采用焊接的光管和绉纹管(铜、铝和钢)作为护套或导体。此后,制造设备的能力大为提高,研制采用薄壁金属和合金的新型电缆已成为可能。本文旨在阐述焊接电缆薄壁金属外套的新设备、讨论焊接部分的结构特性并介绍几种典型的电缆结构。
Technical Papers of the 11th Annual Conference of Wire and Cable, 1962 on “Technical Development of Communication Cables” and subsequent articles discuss the use of welded light pipes and bellows (copper, aluminum and steel) in modern cable constructions As a sheath or conductor. Since then, the ability to manufacture equipment has greatly improved, the development of new types of cables using thin-walled metals and alloys has become possible. The purpose of this article is to describe new equipment for welding thin-walled metal jackets, to discuss the structural characteristics of the welded parts and to introduce several typical cable constructions.
