目的:继续对半边风的化学成分进行研究,并对包括前期研究的9个苯丙素类化合物进行生物活性评价,为半边风在畲族医药中的临床应用提供初步的药理学依据。方法:利用各种柱色谱对半边风根95%乙醇提取物正丁醇部位的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质及光谱数据鉴定其结构。采用化学发光法评价9个苯丙素类成分对大鼠中性粒细胞(PMN)呼吸爆发的抑制活性。结果:分离了4个苯丙素类化合物,分别鉴定为芥子醛葡萄糖苷(1)、丁香苷(2)、松柏醛葡萄糖苷(3)、淫羊藿苷E5(4)。在药理活性研究中,有6个苯丙素化合物对大鼠PMN呼吸爆发表现出不同的活性,其活性大小依次为东莨菪素>右旋松脂素>右旋丁香树脂酚>松柏醛>β-hydroxypropiovanillon>维生素C(VC)>淫羊藿苷E5,而芥子醛葡萄糖苷、丁香苷和松柏醛葡萄糖苷则对PMN呼吸爆发没有抑制作用。结论:化合物3为首次从该属植物中分离得到。半边风中的苯丙素类化学成分具较强的抗PMN呼吸爆发作用,酚羟基可能是苯丙素类化合物抑制大鼠PMN呼吸爆发的重要基团。
OBJECTIVE: To continue the study of the chemical composition of the hemispheric wind, and to evaluate the biological activity of nine phenylpropanoids, including the preliminary studies, to provide preliminary pharmacological evidence for the clinical application of the penaemia in She ethnic medicine. Methods: The chemical constituents of 95% ethanol extract n-butanol were isolated and purified by various column chromatographies. The structures of the compounds were identified according to their physicochemical properties and spectral data. The chemiluminescence method was used to evaluate the inhibitory activity of 9 phenylpropanoids on respiratory burst of rat neutrophil (PMN). Results: Four phenylpropanoids were isolated and identified as mustard aldehyde glucoside (1), syringin (2), cypressin (3) and icariin E5 (4) respectively. Among the pharmacological activity studies, six phenylpropanoid compounds showed different activities on the respiratory burst of PMN in rats, and their activities ranged from scopoletin to dextromethorphan to dextrin syringic phenol to trichome aldehyde β- hydroxypropiovanillon> vitamin C (VC)> icariin E5, while the glucoraphanin, syringin and cystosal glucoside had no inhibitory effect on PMN respiratory burst. Conclusion: Compound 3 was isolated from this genus for the first time. The phenylpropanoid chemical composition in the half-winged wind has strong anti-PMN respiration burst effect, and the phenolic hydroxyl group may be an important group that phenylpropanoid compounds inhibit respiratory burst of PMN in rats.
