“少年军校”活动作为共青团、少先队组织在解放军和武警部队的积极参与和热情支持下,在国防教育机构和教育行政部门的统一协调和指导下,面向广大少年儿童开展的以国防教育为主要内容的少先队主题活动,多年来已成为加强未成年人思想道德建设、提高少年儿童综合素质的有效载体。如何在实践中不断深化这一品牌活动,目前本刊记者采访了全国少工委有关负责同志。问：2006年“少年军校”活动的整体思路是什么?
