随着小学英语教学的不断深入,隐藏在这其中的问题也不断地暴露出来。而当前我所遇到的最大问题就是:越到高年级,学生的两极分化也就越厉害。并不仅仅如此,在同一个班级当中,英语水平差异也是比较大的。而且后20%的这一部分学生,对英语的学习积极性较低,自信心相当匮乏,这也就导致了他们和其他同学的英语水平差异越来越大。那么,如何来增强他们对英语的学习积极性,如何来增强他们的自信心呢?离不开一个“爱”字。师生之爱,生生之爱,自身之爱,这浓浓的爱将会唤起这一部分学生对英语学习的积极性及自身的自信心,因此,也可提升后20%学生的英语水平。
With the deepening of primary English teaching, the problems hidden in this are constantly exposed. The biggest problem that I have encountered so far is that as I reach the upper grades, my students’ polarization will be even greater. Not only that, in the same class, English differences are relatively large. And the latter 20% of these students have a low enthusiasm for learning English and a lack of self-confidence, which leads to their differences in English level with other students. So, how to enhance their enthusiasm for learning English, how to enhance their self-confidence can not do without a “love” word. The love of teachers and students, the love of life and love, the love of oneself, this thick love will arouse the enthusiasm of this part of students in English learning and their self-confidence, therefore, can also improve the level of English of 20% of the students.
