以转底炉处理钢铁厂含锌粉尘为背景,结合转底炉实际生产工艺条件,建立了含锌粉尘内配碳球团直接还原一维非稳态数学模型.模型不仅考虑了铁氧化物的还原反应和碳的气化反应,还加入了氧化锌的还原反应,并通过实验验证了模型的准确性.利用计算结果分析讨论了炉温、球团半径及孔隙率对球团还原的影响.炉温对球团的金属化率和脱锌率均有显著影响,孔隙率和球团半径仅对球团的金属化率影响较小,而对脱锌率基本没有影响.
Taking the rotary hearth furnace treatment of zinc dust in the iron and steel plant as the background, a direct one-dimensional unsteady mathematical model of carbonaceous pellets with zinc dust was set up in combination with the actual production process conditions of the rotary hearth furnace.The model not only considered the iron oxide The reduction reaction and the gasification reaction of carbon were also added, and the reduction reaction of zinc oxide was also added. The accuracy of the model was verified by experiments. The effects of furnace temperature, pellet radius and porosity on pellet reduction were analyzed and discussed. Furnace temperature has a significant effect on the metallization rate and dezincification rate of the pellets. The porosity and the pellet radius have little effect on the metallization rate of the pellets, but have no effect on the dezincification rate.
