利用珊瑚礁砂为细骨料,无机聚合物为胶凝材料,试配出无机聚合物珊瑚礁砂混凝土(IPCSC);考虑水胶比、胶凝材料用量、砂率以及温度4项因素,进行正交试验,优选出强度等效于C40且工作性能优良的配比;根据标准方法测试了基本力学性能,各项指标与对照的水泥珊瑚礁砂混凝土(CSC)进行了对比。结果表明:相对于对照组,同强度等级时,IPCSC劈裂抗拉强度提高62%,试样拉压强度比增加,静力弹性模量略有提高。
Using coral reef sand as the fine aggregate and inorganic polymer as the cementitious material, the inorganic polymer coral reef sand concrete (IPCSC) was prepared; considering the water-cement ratio, the amount of the cementitious material, the sand rate and the temperature, the orthogonal In the test, the strength ratio is equivalent to C40 and the workability is good. The results show that the splitting tensile strength of IPCSC increases by 62% at the same strength level compared with that of the control group, and the tensile strength ratio increases slightly while the static modulus of elasticity increases slightly.
