波形蛋白(vimentin)是存在于间充质细胞中的一种主要的中间丝蛋白。大量实验研究表明,vimentin在癌症的发生、发展、侵袭及转移中扮演了重要角色。Vimentin调节细胞骨架蛋白、细胞黏附分子等蛋白间的相互作用,参与肿瘤细胞的黏附、迁移、侵袭和细胞信号转导。近年来,在各种恶性肿瘤包括胰腺导管腺癌中都已检测到vimentin的异常表达。胰腺癌疗效不佳,预后极差,是迄今为止最致命的人类肿瘤之一。探讨vimentin在胰腺癌发病机制及治疗中的作用有可能进一步阐明肿瘤产生的机制并探索出有效的治疗方法。该文就vimentin与胰腺导管腺癌癌的研究进展进行综述。
Vimentin is a major intermediate silk protein present in mesenchymal cells. A large number of experimental studies have shown that vimentin plays an important role in the carcinogenesis, development, invasion and metastasis of cancer. Vimentin regulates the interaction between cytoskeletal proteins, cell adhesion molecules and other proteins, and participates in the adhesion, migration, invasion and cell signal transduction of tumor cells. In recent years, abnormal expression of vimentin has been detected in various malignancies, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas. Poor efficacy of pancreatic cancer, poor prognosis, is by far the deadliest one of human tumors. To explore the role of vimentin in the pathogenesis and treatment of pancreatic cancer may further elucidate the mechanism of tumor and explore effective treatment. This article reviews the progress of vimentin and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
