激励是改善人们行为的一种有效手段,也是现代企业管理的重要方式。出版企业是知识型组织,策划编辑是高度创造性的工作。然而,策划编辑激励机制存在种种弊端。不断完善以人为本的激励机制,能够正确诱导策划编辑的工作动机,激发其工作热情,调动其积极性和创造性,在实现组织目标的同时满足自身发展的需求,从而达成员工与组织的共同成长。
Incentives are an effective way to improve people’s behavior and also an important way of modern business management. Publishing companies are knowledge-based organizations, planning and editing is a highly creative job. However, there are various drawbacks to planning and editing incentive mechanisms. Continuously improve the people-oriented incentive mechanism, can correctly guide the motivation to plan editing, to stimulate their enthusiasm for work, to mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity, to achieve organizational goals while meeting their own development needs, so as to achieve the common growth of employees and organizations.
