提出一种采用综合软化技术的新颖的软开关PWM组合式航空静止变流器电路拓扑,即用一个具有电气隔离的变换器实现级联两级变换器的软开关,为实现高功率密度、高效率、低成本的航空静止变流器奠定了基础。详细分析和研究了这种电路拓扑的原理和设计。
A novel soft switching PWM combined aerostat circuit topology using integrated softening technology is proposed. That is, an electrically isolated converter is used to realize the soft-switching of cascaded two-stage converter. In order to achieve high power density and high Efficient, low-cost aviation static converter laid the foundation. The principle and design of this circuit topology are analyzed and studied in detail.
