蚌埠地区目前约有1400户10k V及以上的专变电力用户,随着用电信息采集系统应用的推进,专变客户处安装的1400台电力负荷控制终端,部分老式的负荷控制终端不具备停送电记录、电压合格率统计和光纤通讯等功能,亟待更换。本文介绍了一种自行研制的负荷控制终端防误跳闸装置,解决了专变电力客户在不停电状态下安全、高效完成负荷控制终端更换的难题。
In Bengbu, there are currently about 1400 special purpose power users of 10kv and above. With the advancement of the application of the information collecting system for electric power, 1400 electric load control terminals installed at customers are modified. Some old load control terminals do not have stoppage Power transmission records, voltage pass rate statistics and optical communications and other functions, urgent replacement. This paper introduces a self-developed load-control terminal anti-tripping device that solves the problem that a dedicated power customer can safely and efficiently complete the load control terminal replacement without power outage.
