体外实验业已证明,环-磷酸腺苷(简称cAMP)是细胞生长的调节物质,能影响细胞的增殖,分化和基因表达。肿瘤细胞的cAMP量一般低于正常细胞,提高细胞内cAMP浓度,可以使细胞形态向正常方向逆转,并部分地恢复正常细胞的行为和功能分化。鉴于cAMp的细胞通透性较差,近年来不少学者致力于其衍生物的研究。上海生物化学制药厂合成了8代溴基环-磷酸腺苷(简称8Br-cAMP),本实验室发现此化合物能显著抑制动物肿瘤的生长,现扼要报道如下。
In vitro experiments have demonstrated that cyclic adenosine monophosphate (abAMP for short) is a regulator of cell growth and can influence cell proliferation, differentiation, and gene expression. The cAMP content of tumor cells is generally lower than that of normal cells. Increasing the intracellular cAMP concentration can reverse the cell morphology in the normal direction, and partially restore the behavior and functional differentiation of normal cells. In view of the poor cellular permeability of cAMp, many scholars have devoted themselves to the study of its derivatives. Shanghai Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory has synthesized 8 generations of bromide cyclic adenosine monophosphate (abbreviated as 8Br-cAMP). The laboratory found that this compound can significantly inhibit the growth of animal tumors.
