目的为了解宾阳县农药中毒发生的特点。方法对2007～2008年上报的《农村农药中毒报告卡及农药中毒报表》进行分析和统计。结果2007~2008年共发生农药中毒154例,死亡9例,中毒病死率为5.84%。其中生产性农药中毒96例(占62.33%),非生产性农药中毒58例(占37.67%),死亡9例均为自服中毒死亡(占100%),自服中毒病死率为17.31%。引起中毒的农药种类以杀虫剂(占89.61%)和有机磷类(占(77.92%)为主,非生产性农药中毒以消化道途径进入人体为主,引起死亡的原因全部是自杀。结论宾阳县农药中毒以生产性农药中毒为主,因此必须加强农药的危害性及相关防护知识的的宣传,重点人群是农民。
Objective To understand the characteristics of pesticide poisoning in Binyang County. Methods The report of rural pesticide poisoning report card and pesticide poisoning reported from 2007 to 2008 was analyzed and statistically analyzed. Results A total of 154 cases of pesticide poisoning occurred in 2007-2008, with 9 deaths. The poisoning mortality rate was 5.84%. 96 cases (62.33%) were productive pesticide poisoning, 58 cases (37.67%) were unproductive pesticide poisoning, 9 cases died of self-serving poisoning (100%), and the case fatality rate was 17.31%. Pesticides (89.61%) and organic phosphorus (77.92%) were the main types of pesticides. Unproductive pesticide poisoning mainly occurred in the human body through the digestive tract. All the causes of death were suicide. Pesticide poisoning in Binyang County is mainly caused by productive pesticide poisoning. Therefore, it is necessary to intensify the publicity of the harmfulness of pesticides and the related protective knowledge. The key crowds are peasants.
