目的为了解崇左市江州区受检样品的微生物污染状况,提出预防控制措施。方法将现场抽检或被检单位送检的江州区各类样品微生物检测结果汇总,并进行统计分析。结果2005～2008年江州区受检各类样品不含餐具2019份,总平均合格率为74.84%,合格率呈逐年上升趋势,从2005的的64.55%上升到2008年的79.33%,但总体看合格率仍偏低。食品、公共场所各年间分别比较合格率呈逐年上升趋势,统计学有显著性差异(P<0.005):食品中的熟肉制品合格率偏低(76%以下);水质的合格率较低,且从2005年的66.67%下降到2008年的41.30%。餐具的合格率从18.51%上升至84.78%,各年间的比较有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论崇左市江州区各种健康相关产品受微生物污染比较严重,应加强卫生监督监测工作,并采取有针对性的预防与控制措施。
Objective To understand the microbial contamination of the samples in Jiangzhou District of Chongzuo City, put forward the preventive and control measures. Methods The results of microbiological tests of various samples in Jiangzhou District collected by spot sampling or seized units were summarized and statistically analyzed. Results From 2005 to 2008, 2019 samples of all kinds of samples examined in Jiangzhou District were excluded, with a total average pass rate of 74.84%. The pass rate showed an upward trend from 64.55% in 2005 to 79.33% in 2008, but overall See the pass rate is still low. Conclusion The various health-related products in Jiangzhou District of Chongzuo City are seriously polluted by microorganisms. Health supervision and monitoring work should be strengthened and targeted prevention and control measures should be taken.
