利用三维有限元法和矩阵理论,给出了同时计算啮合轮齿接触线载荷分布的方法。根据齿轮轮齿的啮合情况来确定轮齿的齿廓修形和齿向修形参数,并给出了一对钭齿轮副的计算实例。计算表明,合理地选择轮齿修形参数,可以有效地改善轮齿的啮合状态,从而显著地提高齿轮的承载能力。
Using the three-dimensional finite element method and the matrix theory, a method for simultaneous calculation of the load distribution on the contact line of gear teeth is given. According to the meshing condition of the gear teeth, the tooth profile modification and tooth profile modification parameters are determined, and a pair of 钭 gear pair calculation examples are given. The calculation shows that selecting gear modification parameters reasonably can effectively improve the meshing state of gear teeth and thus significantly improve the bearing capacity of gears.
