云蔗８９－１５１是云南省甘蔗研究所从赣蔗６４－１３７×内江５７－４１６的杂交后代中选育的优良新品系。在本所和全省不同生态型蔗区的区域化品种比较试验和生产示范中，表现蔗茎产量高、早中熟、高糖、耐旱、抗病、宿根性强、适应性广，实属难得的综合性状优良的新品种。本文从亲本血缘，种性表现及抗性鉴定等方面对种性进行研究，并提出相应栽培措施。
