本研究探讨不同光周期处理方法、温度、湿度、株龄等对甘蔗开花诱导与杂交的影响。结果表明 :通过人工控光、温、湿等因素的适度配合 ,可以有效、稳定地诱导处理材料开花 ,1994 - 1996年的诱导率稳定在 68.1- 72 %之间 ,被诱导过的材料有 75个抽穗开花 ,三年共获杂交花穗 30 5个、杂交组合 2 2 5个、有发芽能力的种子 10万多粒 ,使我所保存的野生和栽培材料得到利用 ,基本弄清楚适用于在南宁自然条件下诱导甘蔗开花的综合配套技术
In this study, the effects of different photoperiod treatments, temperature, humidity and plant age on the flowering induction and cross of sugarcane were studied. The results showed that the flowering of the treated materials could be effectively and stably induced by the proper combination of artificial light control, temperature and humidity. The induction rate was stable between 68.1-72% in 1994-1996 and the induced material was 75 A heading and flowering, three years a total of 305 hybrids of hybrid spikes, 225 combinations of hybrids, seed germination ability of more than 100,000 tablets, so that I kept the wild and cultivated materials to be used, the basic figure clear for Comprehensive Supporting Techniques for Induction of Flowering of Sugarcane under Natural Conditions in Nanning
