日本工业(株生产的 ND-2是氟树脂-46(FEP)分散液,其有机分散剂具有毒性低、润湿性好、价廉等特点。我们主要通过气相色谱,配合以红外光谱、核磁共振等分析,确定了 ND-2有机溶剂的组成。本文主要介绍气相色分析结果。众所周知,色谱法具有很高的分离效率,而分离效果的好坏在很大程度取决于固定相的选择。对一个未知样品,可以选用不同极性的固定相对其进行分,从中选择一种较适合的固定液。70年代初,Leary 等人用“最相邻技术”选择了所谓的“指定固定液”12种代替品种繁多的固定液。我们选用其中最常用的 SE30、7、QF-1,PEG-20M、DEGS 5种固定液对 ND-2有机溶剂进行了分离,结果表明 QF-1固定液有较好的分离效果。定性及定量分析都在 QF-1固定相上进行的。

(ND-2 produced by the company is a fluororesin-46 (FEP) dispersion whose organic dispersant has low toxicity, good wettability, low cost, etc. We mainly use gas chromatography with infrared spectroscopy, Resonance analysis to determine the composition of ND-2 organic solvent.This paper mainly introduces the gas chromatographic results.It is well known that chromatography has a high separation efficiency, and the separation effect is largely dependent on the choice of stationary phase. In the early 1970s, Leary et al. Selected the so-called “designated fixatives” using the “Nearest Neighbor Technique” for the selection of an unknown sample of stationary phases of different polarities, 12 kinds of fixative instead of variety.We used the most commonly used SE30,7, QF-1, PEG-20M, DEGS 5 kinds of fixative to separate ND-2 organic solvent.The results showed that the QF-1 fixative has Better separation effect.Qualitative and quantitative analysis are carried out on the QF-1 stationary phase.
