目的通过组织透明血液工程的实施,增加民众对无偿献血知识的了解,提高公众对无偿献血的认可度和参与无偿献血的积极性。方法以平面媒体、电视、电台、网络和微博等各类媒体的形式,多渠道、多平台地发布采供血相关信息,以“市民开放日”、公布“每周血情”和每周库存、公开血液去向、实现全省异地用血还血报销、逐步推进医院直报等工作,扎实地开展工作,实施透明血液工程。结果通过实施透明血液工程,通过各类途径关心无偿献血工作的人数显著增加。参与市民开放日活动2012年为200余人次,2013年1~6月为120余人次;微博的粉丝从6万人增加到27万人;网站访问量增加到平均每天1 000余人次,血液去向查询为每月550~850人次左右。结论目前,通过透明血液工程的实施,可以增加社会对无偿献血工作的信任度和献血者的自豪感,激励更多的人加入到无偿献血的队伍中来。
Objective To enhance public understanding of the knowledge of voluntary blood donation by organizing the implementation of transparent blood engineering so as to increase the public’s recognition of voluntary blood donation and the enthusiasm for participating in voluntary blood donation. Methods In the form of print media, television, radio, internet and Weibo, various kinds of media were used to disseminate information on blood collection and supply in a multi-channel and multi-platform format. The “Open Days of the People” And weekly inventory, publicity of the whereabouts of the blood to achieve the province with blood also blood claims, and gradually promote the hospital direct reports and other work, solid work, the implementation of transparent blood engineering. Results The number of people concerned with unpaid blood donation through various channels has risen significantly through the implementation of transparent blood engineering. The number of people participating in the Open House Day was more than 200 in 2012 and more than 120 in January-June 2013; the number of Weibo fans increased from 60,000 to 270,000; the number of visits to the site increased to an average of more than 1,000 daily, with blood Inquiries to 550 to 850 per month or so. Conclusion At present, through the implementation of transparent blood engineering, social trust in unpaid blood donation and blood donors’ pride can be increased and more people are encouraged to join the blood donation team.
