创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是不断发展的动力源泉。新经济时代,人力资源管理必须不断改革创新才能适应新形势新任务的挑战。人力资源部门应积极适应经济环境变化的新形势,提高人才的竞争力,提升单位管理效率和核心竞争力。本文在概述新经济基本内涵的基础上,阐述新经济时代对人才需求的几种类型,重点阐述实现人力资源管理创新的对策措施,旨在为提高事业单位人力资源管理水平提供参考借鉴。
Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and a motive force for continuous development. In the new economic era, human resources management must constantly reform and innovate to meet the challenges of the new situation and new tasks. Human resources departments should actively adapt to the new situation of changes in the economic environment, enhance the competitiveness of talented people and enhance the efficiency of unit management and core competitiveness. Based on an overview of the basic connotation of the new economy, this paper elaborates on the types of talent demand in the new economic era, and focuses on the countermeasures to realize the innovation of human resources management. The aim is to provide reference for improving the level of human resources management in public institutions.
