当前,2012年度军转安置工作已进入实质性阶段,转业干部报到通知已陆续发往部队。北京军区空军着力把提升转业干部服务质量水平作为推动离队报到工作顺利展开、化解转业干部思想症结的重要抓手,提早谋划、创新方法,扎实开展各项离队报到欢送活动,积极为年度移交安置任务圆满顺利完成创造有利条件。党委高度重视,凝聚军心士气安置好、服务好转业干部既是部队各级贯彻落实以人为本科学理念的内在要求,也是体现关心爱护的实际举措。转业干部离开部队时大多已服役十几年甚至几十年,把自己最美的青春年华都奉献给了军营。
