近年,我国社会经济发展的非常快速,人们的生活水平日渐提高,从农村向城市发展的人口越来越多,这也就促进了建筑行业的发展。目前,我国城市化建设的脚步逐渐的加快,建筑工程项目逐渐增多,建筑行业的市场竞争越发的激烈,要想在激烈的竞争中,谋得一席生存之地,笔者认为,建筑行业需要,不断的完善工程现场的施工技术,强化管理工作,以此且切入点,本文就建筑工程现场施工技术管理问题及对策进行了简单的阐述。
