研究了油膜热效应对滑动轴承非线性动力学特性的影响 ,给出了考虑油膜热效应的滑动轴承非线性油膜力的计算方法 .用热量平衡法确定油膜平均温度 ,并把平均温度引入等温情况下的轴承非线性运动瞬态分析中 .以实际轴承为例 ,对考虑热效应的转子 轴承系统的非线性不平衡响应进行了瞬态分析 ,得到了轴心运动轨迹 ,并与等温情况瞬态分析的计算结果进行了对比 .通过一系列对比研究发现 ,轴承热效应对轴承的非线性动力学性能有重要影响 ,引入平均温度后可以减小不考虑热效应所引起的误差 .
The influence of the oil film thermal effect on the nonlinear dynamic performance of the sliding bearing was studied and the calculation method of the nonlinear oil film force of the sliding bearing considering the thermal effect of the oil film was given.The average temperature of the oil film was determined by the heat balance method and the average temperature was introduced into the isothermal condition In the case of actual bearing, the transient analysis of the nonlinear unbalance response of the rotor bearing system considering the thermal effect is carried out. The trajectory of the shaft center is obtained and compared with the transient analysis of the isothermal condition The results are compared.A series of comparative studies have found that the bearing thermal effect has an important influence on the nonlinear dynamic performance of the bearing and the introduction of the average temperature can reduce the error caused by not considering the thermal effect.
