教学反思的真谛就在于教师在课后敢于怀疑自己,并敢于超越自我,发展自我,建构自我,不断地向高层次迈进。只有这样反思,我们才会不断地剖析自己在课堂教学中的优缺点,细致地、冷静地加以推敲。在反思中,找出存在的缺点并加以改正,避免在以后的教学中重蹈覆辙;在反思中,积累已有的经验,成为下一步教学的借鉴。经过日积月累,驾驭课堂的智慧及课堂教学的能力将会日益提升。下面将我参加教师教学技能大赛的点滴感悟记录
The truth of teaching reflection lies in the fact that teachers dare to doubt themselves after class and dare to surpass themselves, develop themselves, construct themselves, and constantly advance toward higher levels. Only in this way, we will continue to analyze our own strengths and weaknesses in class teaching and make detailed and calm scrutiny. In the reflection, identify the shortcomings that exist and correct them to avoid making mistakes in the future. In the reflection, accumulating the existing experience has become a reference for the next step in teaching.
