目的:观察自拟化瘀软坚汤联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法:将240例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者分为两组,治疗组120例采用化瘀软坚汤联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗,对照组120例单纯采用恩替卡韦分散片治疗,两组疗程均为12个月,观察比较治疗前后肝功能指标、血清肝纤维化生化指标及超声学指标的变化情况。结果:肝功能血清标志物治疗组治疗前后ALT、AST、TBi L、GGT比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清肝纤生化指标治疗组治疗前后PC-III、HA、CG、CIV、LN比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);彩超检测:治疗组治疗前后hpv、sv数值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀软坚汤联合恩替卡韦分散片能有效改善慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者不适症状、肝功能、肝纤维化程度,具有较好疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of self-made Huayu soft-jian decoction combined with entecavir dispersible tablet in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods: 240 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis were divided into two groups. 120 cases in the treatment group were treated with Huayu soft-Jian Tang combined with entecavir dispersible tablets. 120 cases in the control group were treated with entecavir dispersible tablets alone. The two groups were treated 12 Months, observed and compared before and after treatment of liver function indicators, serum biochemical markers of liver fibrosis and ultrasound changes in the indicators. Results: The levels of ALT, AST, TBiL and GGT in serum of liver function markers before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05); The serum levels of PC-III, HA, CG, CIV , LN, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Color Doppler ultrasound examination: the treatment group before and after treatment hpv, sv values, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Huayu soft jian decoction combined with entecavir dispersible tablets can effectively improve the chronic hepatitis B fibrosis patients with symptoms, liver function, liver fibrosis, with good effect.
