一、导言(一)工业园区的概念“工业园区”是一组概念的集合,联合国环境规划署(UNEP)认为,工业园区是在一大片的土地上聚集若干工业企业的区域。邓南亚、吴峰提出工业园区是指在一大片土地上聚集若干工业企业,各企业间紧密相关又可共享该区域公共设施的区域,是一个集经济、社会发展和资源、环境消耗的地域综合体。随着区域经济的兴起,工业园区迅速发展,取得了良好的经济效益。
I. INTRODUCTION A. The concept of an industrial park The “industrial park” is a collection of concepts that the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) believes is an area where a number of industrial enterprises gather on a large area of land. Deng Nanya and Wu Feng put forward that industrial park refers to the area where a number of industrial enterprises gather on a large area of land and are closely related to each other and share public facilities in the area. It is a geo-integrated area integrating economic, social development and resources and environment consumption body. With the rise of regional economy, industrial parks have developed rapidly and achieved good economic benefits.
