本文报道了低剂量~(60)Coγ线照射后人外周血淋巴细胞质膜表面受体功能和结构的变化。结果表明,25拉德照射后淋巴细胞活性 E 玫瑰(E_a)花环形成百分率显著减少(p<0.01),100拉德照射后未见进一步减少;25拉德照射后淋巴细胞小鼠红细胞玫瑰(M_E)花环形成百分率明显下降(p<0.01),100拉德照射后下降更显著;25拉德照射后淋巴细胞膜表面免疫球蛋白 G 阳性(S_mI_gG~+)细胞百分率减少,100拉德照射后减少更显著(p<0.01);100拉德照射后由电镜可见淋巴细胞质膜膨出,细胞核未见异常。
This article reports the changes in the function and structure of plasma membrane surface receptors in human peripheral blood lymphocytes after low-dose 60 Co γ-ray irradiation. The results showed that the percentage of lymphocyte activity E rose (E_a) garland formation was significantly reduced after irradiation with 25 rad (p<0.01), and no further reduction after 100 rad irradiation; 25 rads irradiated lymphocyte mouse red rose (M_E ) The percentage of garland formation decreased significantly (p<0.01). The decrease was more pronounced after irradiation with 100 rads. The percentage of immunoglobulin G-positive (S_mI_gG~+) cells on the lymphocyte membrane surface decreased after irradiation with Rade, and decreased after irradiation with 100 rads. Significant (p<0.01); after exposure to 100 rad, electron microscopy showed that the lymphocyte plasma membrane bulged, and no abnormal nucleus was observed.
