This article systematically introduces the concept, characteristics and background of the corporate culture of state-owned large enterprises. Objectively analyzing the status quo of the construction of corporate culture in state-owned large-scale enterprises and the problems in the process of advancing, and putting forward some measures and significance for promoting the corporate culture building in large-sized state-owned enterprises.
