空间光滤波器的功能,是从移动物体表面光的随机不稳定成分中探测出和光滤波器的栅格间距一致的成分。物体的移动,可以通过物体表面光的不稳定成分的移动得到判别,而镜面即使移动,人们也不能断定其移动与否。能够判断物体是否在移动的物体表面光的反射现象,可以看做是光的随机不稳定成分,即被测对象是人能断定其是否移动的物体。物体(气体、液体)不论在空间、平面、直立面上移动,都能高精度地非接触测量其速度和距离。
The function of the spatial optical filter is to detect a component that is consistent with the grating pitch of the optical filter from the random unstable component of the light of the moving object surface. The movement of an object can be judged by the movement of the unstable component of the light of the object surface, and even if the mirror moves, one can not judge whether it is moving or not. Being able to determine whether an object reflects on the surface of a moving object can be regarded as a randomly unstable component of light. That is, an object to be measured is an object to which a human can determine whether they are moving or not. Objects (gas, liquid) can measure their speed and distance with high accuracy and non-contact regardless of their movement in space, plane or upright.
