卫生事业管理作为一门科学,已有几十年的历史。近年来,我国卫生管理工作者,学习国外卫生管理的理论和管理经验,结合我国的国情和卫生管理工作的实际,发展具有中国特色的卫生事业管理科学,进行了卓有成效的努力,不少学者和管理工作者都在摸索如何把系统理论运用于管理科学,用系统理论的观点和方法分析和解决卫生事业管理中的问题,促进卫生事业管理科学的发展。本讲仅从以下几方面作一些探讨。
Health management has been a science for decades. In recent years, China’s health management workers have learned the theory and management experience of foreign health management, combined with China’s national conditions and the reality of health management work, have developed the science of health management with Chinese characteristics and have carried out fruitful efforts, many scholars and Management workers are exploring how to apply system theory to management science, using systems theory perspectives and methods to analyze and solve problems in health management, and promote the development of health management science. This discussion will only be discussed in the following aspects.
